Macadamia Cake

When it's a team member's birthday, a macadamia cake is the only way to celebrate. This was my first time making one, and it was a delightful surprise. It's a simple, healthier alternative and a unique way to celebrate someone special. Our creation was a delicious macadamia and raspberry cake.
7 Ingredients 
CAKE: 
2 Cups Macadamias 
2 Cups Self Raising Flour 
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder 
3 Eggs 
1/3 Cups maple syrup 
1/3 Cups Macadamia Oil 
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essense
ICING:
Egg whites 
Lemon Juice
Icing Sugar
Frozen raspberries 
Fresh Raspberries and Macadamia to decorate
Instructions
CAKE:
Preheat oven to 180 C
In a food processor grind up the macadamia nuts to a fine powder. Do not over mix at the macs will start to stick together. 
In a bowl sieve the dry ingredients all together. 
Combine wet and dry ingredients and whisk 
Line baking tin and add mixture into tin. 
Stick in the oven for 50min.
ICING:
Whisk egg whites until fluffy and combine icing sugar at a steady rate. 
On the stove heat frozen raspberry and lemon juice. 
Combine the raspberry liquid into the icing.
